• Device information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.

1.3 Payment Information

All in-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your credit card or payment information. Purchase records are managed by Apple and RevenueCat, our purchase management partner.

• OpenAI: AI image analysis and text generation. Your uploaded images are sent to OpenAI's API for processing. Governed by OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: In-app purchase tracking and management. Governed by RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

3.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

4. Photo Data and AI Processing

Photos you upload are transmitted to our cloud infrastructure and OpenAI's API solely for the purpose of generating text content. We do not use your photos to train AI models. Photos are deleted from our servers automatically after processing is complete, typically within 24 hours.

5. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile settings.
• Generation history: Stored in your account for your reference and deleted when you delete your account.
• Uploaded photos: Deleted automatically after processing, typically within 24 hours.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account directly from the App's Profile screen.
• Portability: Request a machine-readable copy of your data.
• Opt-out: You may opt out of certain data collection by adjusting your device settings or deleting the App.

7. Children's Privacy
